1) 2D1N Breath & Rest Temple Stay

[Breath & Rest]
The Breath & Rest Templestay offers a gentle reminder to focus on our breath and find tranquility, away from our daily routine. Guided by a Sunim (Buddhist Monk), this program introduces participants to the quintessential Korean Buddhist practice of Ganhwaseon meditation. The modern and comfortable facilities provide a conducive environment for enhancing concentration and deepening one's meditation experience.

[Yoga & Meditation]
Rediscover inner balance with Monk Jingak's yoga and meditation program. Traditional Hatha yoga lays the foundation for a holistic meditation practice, integrating postures (Asana), hand gestures (Mudra), energy locks (Bandha), and breath control (Prana). Explore relaxation and body correction yoga to prepare for deeper meditation, further enhanced by breathing exercises, noticing meditation, and walking meditation. Work towards the lotus position (Padmasana) at your own pace for increased focus and stability.

Please keep in mind

  1. The rooms will be separated by male and female.
  2. Please follow the rules of the temple. Smoking, drinking alcohol, and public display of affection are not allowed.
  3. Please wear appropriate clothing for the temple. Shorts, short skirts, sleeveless, halter tops are not allowed.
  4. Wearing flip-flops or slippers indoors is not allowed.
  5. Please keep the noble silence during your stay. Dancing, singing, and playing loud music are not allowed in the temple.
  6. Please be punctual for each program session.
  7. No outside food is allowed.

All times are based on Korea Standard Time (KST) (GMT + 9 hours)
3 days before the reserved date: 100% refund
2 days before the reserved date: 50% refund
1 day before the reserved date: 10% refund
Less than 1 day before the reserved date: Non-refundable
