Arrived here at night and found my room easy enough. The room has lovely floor heating, a tv with lots of Korean channels, toothpaste in the bathroom, towels, some cutlery and one meal was waiting in the fridge for me. I was lucky because I had TWO windows with such a lovely view of the staircase and a car park. I could even see the tip of the mosque too! The staff were quick answering my messages on kakaotalk and they even went to the shop for me once! SO kind! The internet was medium, it worked consistently but sometimes it didn't. As for the food, I loved the bimbimbap, instant noodles, kimbap, little juice and choco pie snacks! I didn't like many of the other meals because they're basic convenience store meals but I'd eat the rice, kimchi, meat and whatever vegetables I could. I lived, wasn't going to starve anyway! The bathroom already had shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. The hairdryer worked for 3 minutes then kind of stopped. My bed was comfy and warm. It wasn't a noisy room at all. It could be because bars and clubs have to close at 9pm at this time so it got quiet quickly but beyond some distant music, very easy to sleep. I saw a cat on a rooftop! Overall, I loved my quarantine experience here and recommend my room to anybody! If the food was slightly better I'd give this 5 hearts. I'd be happy to eat ramyeon, kimbap and bibimbap for 7 days straight to be honest but that's just me.

This review is based on a package including hotel accommodation, transport from the airport and to the PCR tests, as well as meals. The package is currently not available. Let's start with the good points: The hotel I got quarantined at was a really nice hotel. The room was very spacious. I had a living room, bedroom, and separate bath and shower rooms). The rooms offer a great view if your room is located on the outside, but unfortunately my room only faced the patio and the other rooms (which is fine considering not everyone can have a room to the outside of the hotel anyway). The transportation from the airport went fine, although the people at the airport immigration were a bit confused when I told them that I did not know the exact address of the accommodation yet and they had to make a call first to find that our. Now to the con's: I had enquired before booking if a vegetation food option would be available as I'm allergic to fish and seafood. I was told this would not be the case, but that I would be able to order food to my room. I also indicated my allergy twice during the booking process. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was informed that it would not be possible to order anything except SIM cards to my room and would've to do with what they serve. They had an alternative food option available that consisted of salad and fruits three times a day. The salad tasted good and the fruits were fresh. But the amount of food was far from enough to feed an adult and I was glad I had packed some instant noodles in my suitcase. It was also the same salad all the time, just the dressing differed sometimes and they alternated quail eggs and crab meat as side dished every other day. As I said I'm allergic to seafood so I was unpleasantly surprised by this dish, but could fortunately just throw it away. Another annoyance was their COVID testing policy. When I arrived at the hotel I had a letter in my room indicating my test would take place in the hotel directly on the day of arrival. I stayed up until midnight despite my lack of sleep waiting for someone to take the sample, but no one came. The next morning I called the reception to ask about the test and was told I would have to leave for testing at 4:30 pm that day. At 2 pm, while just coming out of the shower, I was told I would be tested now instead and would have to come out immediately. I had to leave the hotel with wet hair and this was a very annoying experience. For the second test, I was not given any information until the morning before my departure day when they called me at 7 am to tell me the test would take place at 10 am. I decided to sleep a little more but was called not even a hour later that I would have to leave in a few minutes. This is a very bad planning on either the side of the hotel, transportation, or health centre, and again a very unpleasing experience.

The room is perfect, taxi transfer worked as well. The only complain is the food. As you can imagine from the picture, a male is not saturated after 3x salads a day. At the beginning they even told me I am not allowed to order any food. After a week I was so hungry I I referred to the government which told me ordering food is allowed. The Hotel agreed, this showed me it was only due to their laziness I couldn‘t do it earlier.
