Union Station is a restaurant and traditional alcohol brewery in Busan which specializes in making its own makgeolli and takju as well as introducing various craft alcohols from all over Korea and particularly Busan. The 2 hour makgeolli culture class and tasting event will discuss the unique history and culture of alcohol in Korea and provide a tasting of various types of traditional alcohol (makgeolli, takju, yakju, traditional soju) with a light food pairing. The host is an experienced brewer fluent in English who has studied under master brewers in Korea. This event should be a unique experience for anyone interested in Korean history, food, and alcohol.
