  • Please arrive at the meet location at least 10 minutes prior to departure. The shuttle bus will NOT wait for those who are late. It is your responsibility to arrive at the meet location on time. No refunds/changes will be made for missing the shuttle bus.

2 days before the reserved date: 50% refund
1 day before the reserved date or less: Non-refundable
