Skiing must be booked in advance with the ski package (not available on the day).
Snow tubing or sledding are NOT included in the price.
Onsen tickets and meals are NOT included in the price.
If Konohananoyu is closed, Gotemba Fuji Hakkei or Gotemba City Spa will be visited instead.
Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Children younger than 3 years old are free of charge and will share seats with their parents in the vehicle.
Each passenger can carry one light handbag/backpack. If you want to carry a suitcase or large luggage, Please specify when making a reservation for confirmation.
Seniors aged 70 and above must ensure they are healthy and suitable for travel and be accompanied by family members or friends aged 22 and above to ensure their well-being during the tour.

Admission Fee (For Communal Baths) -
- Weekdays: Adults 1,700 yen / Children 900 yen
- Weekends / holidays: Adults 2,100 yen / Children 1,100 yen
- Admission fee includes face towel and bath towel rental.
Adults: Junior high school students or older / Children: 3 years old to elementary school students
Holiday rates apply during Golden Week, the summer season, and the year-end and New Year holidays.

Yeti is located at 1,450 m above sea level on the foothills of Mount Fuji in Susono City, Shizuoka Prefecture.

Can I see Mount Fuji from the resort?

Yes, on clear mornings, you can see both the summit of Mount Fuji and Suruga Bay from the upper half of the slopes.

Is ski equipment rental included?

Only the ski packages include equipment.

Can non-skiers enjoy the resort?

Yes, the Snow Play package offers sledding for families and non-skiers.

Can I enjoy a hot-spring bath?

Yes, an optional 70-minute hot-spring soak at Konohana-no-yu is available. Admission is approximately 1,700 yen on weekdays and 2,100 yen on weekends/holidays. If Konohana-no-yu is closed, alternative nearby onsens include:
- Gotemba Fuji Hakkei (3-hour ticket 1,000 yen)
- Gotemba City Spa (3-hour ticket 500 yen)
