*At Nagoya Station, there are limited bus departure spots. If there are many passengers, you may need to wait your turn. In this case, the bus may depart 10~20 minutes later than scheduled.
*Children below junior high school age are not eligible to join the tour unless accompanied by a guardian.
*Participants under 18 years old must provide written consent from a guardian. The parental consent form can be downloaded here.
*If you become ill unexpectedly during the trip or experience symptoms such as fever, you will be required to leave the group. Unfortunately, in this case, the travel fee will not be refunded. 
*In accordance with recent amendments to the Road Traffic Act, all passengers are required to wear seatbelts while traveling in a vehicle. Your cooperation is appreciated for the safety of all passengers.
*Please note that due to seatbelt design, children under the age of 3 cannot wear them. Therefore, children below 3 years old are unable to participate in this tour.
*Please refrain from consuming alcohol or strong-smelling food on the bus.
*The tour will proceed as planned if the 650m lift slope is skiable using an ice crusher or artificial snow machine.  
*A tour conductor will not be present on the bus. Please follow the instructions of the bus driver and staff while onboard.
*The rental plan does not guarantee item availability. During peak periods (e.g., year-end, New Year holidays, weekends, and public holidays), rental wait times may be long. You are encouraged to prepare your own gear in advance. Please be aware that even if your desired size is not available for rental on the day, the tour operator will not be able to refund the travel fee.

[Lift pass]
*For 1-day lift pass for Dynaland Ski Resort, IC card deposit of 500 yen is required.
*If you wish to ski in the Takasu Snow Park area, you can upgrade to a shared ticket for both ski resorts by paying an additional 500 yen for adults at the lift ticket counter. There is no extra charge for children.
(Due to snow conditions, traveling between the two ski resorts may not be possible.)

Carving Skis, Snowboards, and Short Skis:
Weekdays:
Adults: 5,500 yen → 3,000 yen
Children: 4,500 yen → 1,900 yen
Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays:
Adults: 5,500 yen → 3,800 yen
Children: 4,500 yen → 2,500 yen
Specific Days in February (8, 9, 22, 23):
Adults: 5,500 yen → 4,300 yen
Children: 4,500 yen → 2,500 yen

Rental Wear:
Adults: 5,000 yen → 3,000 yen
Children: 4,000 yen → 1,900 yen
*Children's category applies to ages 4 to 11 years old (elementary school students and up).

[Luggage Policy]
*Luggage may be at risk of theft, loss, or misplacement during transit. While loading and unloading services are provided, you are responsible for managing your belongings.
*Due to limited storage on the tour bus, large luggage exceeding 150 cm (combined total of three sides)—such as large suitcases or snowscoots—cannot be accepted.

[Additional Information]
*About ski school, visit the Dynaland school reception site, which offers foreign language support.
*Upon arrival at the ski resort, you are advised to store your luggage in coin lockers (charges may apply).
*On the day of the trip, please check the seating chart with representative names to locate your assigned bus seat.
*A tour conductor will not be present on the bus. Please follow the instructions of the bus driver and staff while onboard.
*Unforeseen circumstances such as road conditions or inclement weather may cause delays. In such cases, requests for taxi rides or hotel accommodations cannot be accommodated.
*The event will be canceled if there are no participants within 10 days of departure.
*If there is insufficient snow, the decision to cancel the tour will be made the day before departure.
*Service may be canceled on the day of departure due to road conditions, snow conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be guided to the designated meeting place in Nagoya.
*If the tour is canceled upon arrival at the meeting place (Nagoya), transportation costs to the meeting point will not be refunded.
*The bus company providing transportation will be Mie Kotsu Co., Ltd. or an equivalent class of service.
