  1. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the reserved time. If you arrive late, your shooting time will be shortened accordingly. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the shoot will be canceled, and no refund will be provided.

  3. This experience is only available for photoshoots with uniforms rented from the studio. (Exclusions apply if there are size issues with the rental clothes.)

Cancellation policy

All times are based on Korea Standard Time (KST) (GMT + 9 hours)
4 days before the reserved date: 100% refund
3 days before the reserved date or less: Non-refundable
*If you are more than 15 minutes late, the shoot will be canceled, and no refund will be provided.
*If you would like to reschedule your reservation, please check the availability with us at least 4 days before the original reserved date (no later than 5:00pm KST).
