How do I board the ropeway?
When boarding, please show the ticket screen on your device to the ticket gate attendant.
If two or more people are using the ropeway, do we need to make separate reservations?
If you are traveling together, showing one screen is sufficient. However, if you will be traveling separately, each person must make an individual reservation.
What are the operating hours
From April to November, it operates from 8:40 AM to 3:30 PM. From December to March, it operates from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM. It is closed for maintenance in early February.
Where is the ropeway located?
It is located in Nikko City, Tochigi Prefecture. You can reach it by bus from JR or Tobu Nikko Station (about 35 minutes).
