Had a good time despite the weather. Our tour guide Jin did well to make us all feel comfortable. Gave us interesting history facts about jeju.

Nice enjoyable tour got a good glimpse of Jeju. Eleen our guide provided lots of input about Jeju life and culture and also quiz master handing prize to winners, which added more fun to it. Lunch was fine.

What a fantastic tour, packed with a variety of outdoor sites, a delicious lunch, and a tour guide, ELIN, who was so energetic, attentive, patient, full of interesting and fun facts, and so clever she could have her own comedy stand up, I don't think the level of engagement from the travelers wouldn't have happened. Along with the driver who kept us moving with smooth and safe transportation, Mr Ro, a day full of non-stop site seeing went by so quickly, the end was a little sad. Thank you for time and money well spent.

The tour guide Elin did a great effort and giving wanderful support to a slow walker like me and never let me down but cheer me up with her smiling face. She took extra miles to ensure the safety measure of each one of us. She did a great job. The Bus driver Mr.Kong driving very carefully even with jamp never lost his temple. Thanks God i meet them.

It was a truly fantastic tour. I very much enjoyed it. The program, the time management, the transport, the lunch - everything was great. The best part was the tour guide! Elin was very efficient and energetic, at the same time, kind and attentive to individual needs. We had 37 people on this tour. It's incredible she could memorize individual names and appeared next to you when you're in need of her. Done many tours but never met a tour guide as good as her! I am a retiree traveling alone and was a bit under the weather that day. With the clever planning of this tour program led by the superb tour guide Elin I managed to enjoy all Jeju's best spots until the end. I will definitely recommend my friends and families to book with you. Thank you!

Elie was the most fantastic 👏 tour guide. She was super professional, so knowledgeable and caring of the whole group 😀 I will recommend this tour and her specifically to anyone who wants to learn about Jeju Island. She really went above and beyond taking pictures of all of us at the best Beauty points. I look forward to get back to Jeju in the future and will book other tours with Elie. Absolutely loved this tour operator, my East course guide was Shine and my West coast guide was Kate. Both really amazing, and friendly. Especially Kate was so interesting telling stories with a personal touch making it feel like we have a friend on the island for a long time already :)

The tour guide was genuinely lovely and made everyone feel comfortable and included the entire time. Would definitely recommend anyone visiting to book with her. An engaging and informative experience as the locations and history were explained along the way. Lots of walking but good fun. Only thing is would have loved more time at the beach, only 15 mins but we and others on the tour wore swimwear thinking it’d be a slightly longer visit. We did have more time at other locations though - time to eat at the tea museum even. Note, can’t go into the waterfalls, only pictures from afar but it’s due to the site being unsafe, not the tour :). Also, there’s a mini folks village in Hallim Park. Apparently it’s the one with the least walking so maybe go for this one if you don’t want a hike, thoroughly enjoyed! Thank you so much and sorry for the late review.

Our tour guide Sunni was so nice! She was thoughtful and kind and made the tour enjoyable. My friend and I are from Arizona USA and she made our trip to Jeju an experience to not forget.

East Jeju tour was fabulous with our tour guide Elin. She was so friendly, kept us engaging in small quizzes and gifts for those who answered. though i didnt go up the trek in the mountain, i had a great time roaming around the area, trying both orange and peanut ice creams. the entire day went like a breeze with Elin continuously making us smile. The hanok village and the rice wine store which was a surprise were both great. I thank Elin for taking care of us so well and giving us Jeju special treats all day. I definitely would recommend this trip with Elin to my friends.

The Western Jeju trip being our first trip in Korea was a great experience. Douglas was our tour guide and he was very patient with us. The trip was timed well to cover all the places of attractions. The weather was perfect and we had great time. The food provided along with the tour was great, being a vegetarian, i was worried of the options available, but we were able to find something from the buffet lunch provided. The best place for me was the waterfalls. Apart from the trip, when we made a request to get dropped off for our another interest place, Douglas dropped us off on the way close to the Arte Museum we wanted to. Overall, i enjoyed the trip and would recommend this to friends.

Our guide Mr Kim was also very ‘real’ and good company. Be aware that the walk up Mt Songak is doable but not for the unfit (especially in heat). The beach we stopped at was so-so. If you’re only interested in one or two things on these trips it would be much better value to take a local bus to specific locations (maybe $10 vs $100+). The bus network is very good.

Loved the tour. Best way to explore Jeju in limited time. Our guide Elin was so lovely and friendly and kept everyone entertained. So was our driver Kevin who always had smiling and calm face. Elin was a proud Jeju residence who proudly showed us around. I really loved it and recommend it to whoever wants to see most of jeju in limited time. Elin was a wonderful guide, which definitely helped made the east coast tour enjoyable. She came with great energy and was an all star player. She took photos for us, and served us snacks and lunch. Due to the typhoon and strong waves we weren't able to go to the forest or see the women divers. However, we went to other places that definitely made up for it.

My friend and I booked this trip for two days (West and East course).Our tour guide Elin was very kind, accommodating and super friendly all throughout the trip. I think she is a superwoman. She was able to manage the whole tour alone and it was very memorable for me and my friend. From the moment we met at the parking lot and the whole trip, she always had this cheerful energy. The tour was awesome! The guides treated us very kind and had a lot of background information about everything we visited. They choosed a range of perfect spots for every age. I hope next time I can do the south tour, since they couldn't offer that in winter.

This tour was very relaxing. There isn't much to do in Jeju Island so signing up for this tour added some culture and history to my trip. The horse back riding experience was the best part. However, the women divers show isn't what I expected. It's elderly women dressed in a life jacket and flippers swimming around; I thought it would be an actual "show". The lunch wasn't what I expected either but it sufficed. Overall, great tour guide and experience.

Excellently planned and executed tour. Our two tour guides (speaking English and Chinese) were very informative and provided us with lots on Jeju’s history and culture aside from explaining the sites. We had an unforgettable time and it was a great way to utilitise one day efficiently! We would definitely book again

Wonderful tour by east side of Jeju island. Beaches and cliffs are incredible sightseeing. Easily Booking the tour one day before. Comfortable bus` seats , great guidetour. Many good memories about womens divers history of Jeju.

Awesome tour, west side is so beautiful, moutain, caves and cruiser around the coast of island , after delicius restaurant at lunch time. Hina Guidetour was gently and happier.

The option for those who could not face 400 steps at the end of a days walking was poor Teddy bear museum may be great for families but not for or those who were dumped there because they were tired or infirm or just plainly unfit. Overall a pleasant day 7/10 would be my rating
