The rental shop is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from Jeju Airport. Detailed directions will be provided in your confirmation email.
What time can I pick up the bicycle?
You can select your preferred pick-up time within the shop’s operating hours (9:00am~7:00pm).
How do I return the bicycle?
You can return the bicycle directly to the rental shop. If you prefer to have the bike picked up from your location in Jeju, a delivery service is available for an additional fee. Please contact the shop in advance to arrange this service.
Is a pannier and trailer available for rental?
Yes, the pannier and trailer set is available for an additional fee, payable on-site. Please indicate your request when booking.
Is luggage storage available at the rental shop?
