Everything was as described and the tour guides did a great job at clearly explaining things, showing everyone where to go, assisting with equipment, and even gave some good restaurant recommendations for after the tour. Charlie especially was very helpful and accommodating! The resort was also good, with ski runs suitable for both beginners and more experienced skiers.

My children had a good time, and they really enjoyed the day. Instructor Tom was so patient and nice, he guided the learner individually and also ensured their safety. Even though we had a little incident in the end, Tom stepped forwarded and helped us to settle the issue. He kept giving us, especially my son reassurance as he was so panic. We are really grateful to what Tom has done.

I enjoyed my 1 Day Snowboard Activity at Elysian Ski Resort. We all got picked up at the meeting point, but there were several stops along the way and people were asked to get on different buses. This caused some confusion as some patrons weren’t clear about which bus they needed to board. However, once we were on our way to the resort, everything got better. I joined two other people for a 1 hour snowboard lesson. Sun was our instructor. He was friendly, patient and encouraged us to challenge ourselves. After the lesson, he gave us recommendations about which slopes he thought that we would enjoy and he was correct. I felt confident enough to try the slopes that he recommended and had a lot of fun. I would definitely recommend this activity. Thank you for everything! :)

It is a fun activity with my friend. The instructor is good. They will teach you on how to play. It is a smooth trip and well organized i will say. Snowboarding for the first time is quite hard ended fall. But overall we feel satisfied.

We had a great time in Elysian resort. Jane was very helpful in assisting us with the ski wear & ski shoes. She's very attentive to the customers' needs. Kudos to Jane. On a side note, it was drizzling on that day and the bus was not punctual. Furthermore, although we were picked up from Hong Dae, we still need to transfer at the next stop at Myeong-dong. And, we had to again wait for the next bus (which was also late) in the rain and the bitter cold weather.

Great for the first time ever skiing. My daughter and I picked it up easy with the tutorial given. Nate was so patient and helpful with our group. Make sure and bring cash to get the tour discount for the lifts. I only had enough cash for one lift ticket so I let my daughter go but it did suck we didn’t get to do it together. But being out of the cold drinking a beer didn’t hurt either lol

I loved the activity with my friends. the schedule was on point and we had a lot of free time during this trip. It was a lot of fun going down the beginner slopes even though we had body aches after that it was worth it. I just want to have more slopes that was included or at a discount.

It was our first time snowboarding but totally AWESOME!!! It was kinda hard learning at first, but the instructor was really nice and patient! The guide whom brought us there and back, Claire, was really nice and friendly as well, and she spoke both english and mandarin. Claire had even recommended to us what we could have for dinner and do the next day in seoul. Really enjoyed this short day

The trip was good. Joon was great and the Ski trainor was assisting us on every move tho we only had less than 1 hr of training. Service is good. We are picked up in Myeongdong Exit 2. Just look for the guys with the ID. Drop off will be on exit 8.

Its was such a fun day. It was easy to get the bus and everyone was friendly. The beginner ski lesson helped a lot for my forst time skiing. It was a great day for skiing.

What equipment is included in the ski/snowboard package?

The package includes skis, ski poles, and ski boots for skiing, or a snowboard and snowboard boots for snowboarding. Goggles, helmets, gloves, and socks are not included but can be rented or purchased on site.

What are the rental costs for additional items?

- Goggles & helmet: 20,000 won (rental on site)
- Gloves: 20,000 won (purchase on site)
- Knee & hip pads: 15,000 won (rental on site)

Is a ski or snowboard lesson available?

Yes, a 1-hour basic group ski or snowboard lesson is included in the ski and snowboard options. The lesson covers equipment introduction, how to get up after falling, basic posture, and how to change direction and stop.

What is the minimum age for skiing or snowboarding at Elysian Ski Resort?

Children must be at least 7 years old and 120 cm tall to ski or snowboard. For safety reasons, children under 7 years old are not allowed.

Can young children join sledding or the sightseeing lift?

Children under 3 years old cannot sled or take the sightseeing lift.

Do children have special equipment sizes available?

We recommend checking the availability of child-sized ski or snowboard equipment before booking. Please note that skiing in groups can be difficult for young children, and parents must pay special attention to safety.

Are slopes always available during the tour?

Some slopes at Elysian Gangchon Ski Resort may not be available depending on weather conditions. The operation period is also subject to change based on winter weather.

Is insurance included in the ski package?

Insurance is not included. It is recommended to purchase travel or accident insurance before joining this activity.

What is a moving walk pass?

A moving walk pass allows beginners to ride the moving walk to the top of the beginner slopes at Elysian Ski Resort.
