Your tickets are for seats on the 2nd floor, as the event does not offer floor-level seating or standing tickets.

In case you miss the shuttle bus, you will have to meet the staff at the concert venue and get your ticket.
No partial refund can be issued even if you do not take the shuttle bus service.

[Ticket Options]

1-Day Ticket: Allows entry to the concert on either November 8th or November 9th (you choose one day).
2-Day Ticket: Grants entry to the concert on both days. Partial refunds cannot be issued for 2-Day Tickets, even if the ticket holder chooses to skip the performance on one of the days.

[Entry Requirements]

Only guests aged 6 and up may enter the venue.

Children under 12 must be accompanied by a guardian for admission.

1. The tickets are strictly for FOREIGNERS ONLY. Koreans are not allowed to purchase the tickets. No refunds will be made for Koreans who purchased the tickets.
2. Prohibited items: food, professional cameras, lasers, fireworks, glass bottle and can drinks, flagpoles, and other dangerous items.

Cancellation policy

All times are based on Korea Standard Time (KST) (GMT + 9 hours)
Before Oct 23rd, 2025: 100% refund
From Oct 24th 2025: non-refundable

1. You cannot transfer the tickets to others (the customer’s name under the reservation cannot be changed).
2. Change in the number of tickets / partial cancellation is available only when the customer who originally made the reservation requests. The change / cancellation will be processed according to the cancellation policy.

Tickets will be distributed by staff at the concert venue. If you miss the shuttle bus, please go directly to the venue and meet the staff to receive your ticket.

What happens if I do not use the shuttle bus service?
