*The ticket is a standing ticket.
*The ticket will be randomly distributed within the orange-colored zones on the image above.
*The standing queue number will be assigned on a first purchase first serve basis.
*Line up for the Standing zone will start from 5:00pm.
*Entry starts at 6:00pm. Your queue number will be no longer valid after the entry.
*Last entry is at 7:00pm.

How to pick up the tickets
*Ticket pickup is available at the concert venue on Nov 8th from 3:00pm~6:00pm.
*If you fail to pick up the ticket at the ticket booth before 6:00pm, your booking will be considered as a no-show and no refund will be provided.
*The details on how to pick up the tickets will be sent to you in the confirmation email.
