Hotel is neat and tidy. Skiing was really good. What is not explained: your hire is for the day, each day you need to go to the kiosk and ask for the hire tickets and passes for that day (each day). You can ski during the day or at night (a lot quieter but colder at night). The pass last 8 hours from your first scan. They shut down from 5pm-630pm to groom the snow, hence be wary of this for you 8 hours.
Food was really good. We only ate at the food court area and did take away from the convenient store. (convenient store is in the hotel.). Magic carpets are good for beginners but you have to take off your skies.
When you get the shuttle bus, they don’t have luggage storage so you must squeeze in. When you arrive, get off at the hotel (first stop). Drop your bags off and walk past all the buildings on your left, past the car park to the building further on, that is where you will find the foreigner check in area to get your ski passes.
