Please keep in mind

1. Please note that children under 48 months old, individuals over 65 years old, and pregnant women cannot ride the sled.
2. You cannot ride the sled in Crocs, ski boots, high heels, or slippers.

All times are based on Korea Standard Time (KST) (GMT + 9 hours)
Non-refundable once the voucher has been sent 7 days before your visit.
*If you would like to reschedule your reservation, please check the availability with us at least 2 days before the original reserved date (no later than 5:00pm KST).

Yes, this is an instant ticket and can be used on the day of purchase.
The sledding slope is open from 9:00am to 8:00pm fun Sunday to Thursday, and from 9:00am to 9:00pm on Friday and Saturday. Please note that slopes are closed for maintenance daily from 12:00pm to 1:00pm and 5:00pm to 6:00pm.
This pass is valid for three rounds. You must use all three rounds on the same day. No partial refunds will be issued even if you do not use all three rounds.
