Changdeok Palace is a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage and it is the principal palace that Chosun kings have stayed the longest. The garden called 'Biwon' is the most famous place within Changdeok Palace.
Changdeokgung Palace was the principal palace for many of the Joseon Kings. It consists of governmental area, royal family private area, and the rear garden. Its rear garden was served as a resting place for the royal family members and kept as natural as possible. The most beautiful time to see the garden is during the fall when the autumn foliage is at its peak and the leaves start to fall.
Changdeok Palace gets even more beautiful so it's one of the best places to take a stroll when the weather is warm and sunny. During special holidays like Chuseok, there are many festivities to be enjoyed such as traditional music and dance performances, so be sure to check them out!

I think this palace is quite similar to Gongbukgeong, but is still a very nice place to take a stroll and admire the architecture, especially in winter.

Was able to visit this place during autumn and again during the last of summer and beginning of autumn. It's nice to visit the secret garden in the afternoon as the air is cool and it's nice to stroll around the garden. The scenery also clams you.

I went here last autumn and it's actually the last week of autumn went there just to see how it looks since it was my first time. At this palace, Secret Garden is a must see spot. Try wearing hanbok and it's free entrance.
