The show was amazing and the seats were really great, however, the tour was completely disappointing. They ask us to meet at 11 in a rainy day and we had to walk to HiKr for like half an hour. You can not even call that a tour because each time that somebody asked something to the guide she would say “I don’t know”. All of us thought that within the tour they would be explaining what the places where or meanings behind certain things but they didn’t do nothing. By 11:40 they lefts us alone in HiKr til 12:50 and then by 13 they took us to Han river in a really bad weather for us to wait there for 5 hours to be able to entry to the wonder show. The organization of everything should be better, you should consider weather also for your timings and at least activities to do while waiting. Also, a lot of different brands that make this kinds of packages include a bus back to the center of the city after the event because it’s really crowded and getting in the subway or in a bus is like going to war. It would be really good if you could manage to improve in that stuff also.
