Rental equipment (including a helmet) and lift pass are available from 9:00am on the first day of use until 5:00pm on the final consecutive day, depending on the duration of your pass. You can choose between skiing or snowboarding at the ski resort. Please note that you cannot change your choice after picking up the equipment.

Once you make a booking, a mobile ticket will be sent to you via email. Please show your mobile ticket at the ticket office on the 1st floor of Dragon Plaza to redeem your lift and rental passes.

Please keep in mind

Please ensure that you return the equipment on the last day after you have finished using it. Once returned, it cannot be rented again.
All the tickets (passes, rentals, admission to attractions, etc.) cannot be re-issued on the day.
Extra fees may be charged for early check-in, late check-out or additional bedding or towels.
For the comfort of your stay and maintaining the quality of the rooms, please comply with the resort policy of basic capacity per room by paying the extra charge for any additional people.
If you want to reserve the resort room for sure, please book AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
Pets are not allowed.
Please note that some slopes may not be available depending on weather conditions.

8 days before the reserved date: 100% refund
5~7 days before the reserved date: 70% refund
3~4 days before the reserved date: 50% refund

What is included in the Yongpyong Ski Resort overnight package?

The package includes your accommodation at Yongpyong Ski Resort, lift pass (lift + gondola), and ski or snowboard rental. Meals, goggles, gloves, ski lessons, and a tour guide are not included.

Can I choose between skiing and snowboarding?

Yes, you can select either skiing or snowboarding. However, once you receive your equipment, you cannot change between skiing and snowboarding.

What is the check-in and check-out time?

Check-in is at 3:00pm, and check-out is at 11:00am. Early check-in or late check-out may incur additional fees.

What is the minimum age for skiing or snowboarding?

The minimum age is 5 years old for both skiing and snowboarding. Children under 10 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for safety reasons.

Are pets allowed at Yongpyong Resort?

No, pets are not allowed in the resort rooms or facilities.

Can I rent goggles or gloves at the resort?
