Second time using Trazy for my ski holiday. First time was at Yongpyong and now to Alpensia. Trazy ski package is well organised and their email instructions was easy to understand. Trazy stay was very responsive to my email queries too. Highly recommend using Trazy About Alpensia Resort, it was quite different from Yongpyong. I think I prefer Alpensia more as their were more restaurant options and felt like a mini alpine village with the various outdoor shops and restaurants. I can't compare the skiing because we were hit by a record snow storm in Alpensia (and all of Seoul) so all but one lift was available, the beginner run which I did for 2 days. This run is perfect for beginners and it's very wide, not very steep but not flat. Perfect for my ski beginner wife and 6 year old child. The lift pass Trazy provided were great too. You get an option for day skiing lift pass (9am to 5pm) or night skiing (1pm to 9pm). We did night session on the first day as we got to the resort very late due to bad weather and 2 day skiing on our second and third day. As for Holiday Inn Suites, I read a few reviews on this hotel so went in with low expectations. Yes, the rooms are a little dated and could do with an upgrade. However, it's very spacious, 2 bedroom (1 with double bed and an ondol room), 2 seperate bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, large dining table, breakfast bar, L-shape sofa, coffee table, 32"TV, hair dryer. It's got it all. Again, the room could do with a face lift but it's really not bad and felt homely. What can improve is getting bath towels instead of hand towels and some more bathroom amenities that you find in most hotels (they provide only body wash and shampoo). But now you know that upfront, just bring your own towels and bathroom amenities. Would I go back? Maybe. Alpensia is great value for money and we had a great time. However, Japan has world class powder snow but is very expensive so if money is not an issue, for go to Japan for snow quality. If you're on a budget but still want an excellent family ski trip with plenty of snow and an hassle free arrangements, then I would go back to using Trazy

這個方案很划算,我們有更改人數聯絡Trazy後也能幫忙調整方案及住宿👍 Alpensia 很美,不大但很適合初學者,雖然季末了但很幸運雪況不錯

The resort was fantastically run by Hote Inn. All the facilities were well prepared and maintained. It was so convenient staying there. We managed to get what we wanted. Everything that we ever needed was in that area where they had GS25, all eatery shops and very helpful Hotel Inn staff. All the skiing and snowboarding stuff were there
